A third-generation craftsman born in Roswell, New Mexico, Juan Roberto Suarez grew up working with his hands alongside his grandfather, father, and younger brother. Certified in Fine Woodworking from SFCC, he has dedicated 25 years to his craft—merging traditional methods with contemporary studio techniques to create timeless furniture: crafted for life, built for generations.

Through J.R.S. Fine Furniture, Juan designs and builds one-of-a-kind heirloom pieces for homes, businesses, and public spaces. His work balances clean functionality with refined artistry, each piece bearing the distinct mark of its maker. Today, his furniture anchors the welcoming ambiance of Zendo Coffee and Slowburn Coffee, as well as numerous private residences where they are cherished as future heirlooms.
